The Dabous Giraffes are two ancient, life-sized rock carvings, or petroglyphs, in the Ténéré Desert in Niger. The highly detailed male (over 18 feet tall!) and smaller female are side-by-side atop a sandstone slab, at a site containing more than 800 other carvings.
