Pointy Cave Dwellers

Stalactites and stalagmites are pointy formations seen in limestone caves. Usually found in pairs, they’re created by dripping water that deposits a mineral called calcite. How to tell them apart? Stalactite has a “c” (for “ceiling”), and stalagmite has a “g” (for “ground”).
