Really Ancient Artworks: Cumberland Plateau

Parts of the Cumberland Plateau in the southern U.S. feature Native American carvings and cave paintings dating as far back as 6,000 years. Professor Jan Simek studied 94 sites and concluded that the artworks all connect to reflect their creators’ view of the universe.
