Giant Tortoise Paradise: Aldabra Atoll

The Aldabra Atoll in the Indian Ocean is the world’s largest raised coral atoll. Isolated from most humans, it boasts a variety of plants and animals, including the world’s largest population of giant tortoises (about 152,000), even more than on the famous Galapagos Islands.
