Sunken Super Sub

In August 2013, scientists found a long-lost Japanese “super submarine” about a half-mile underwater near Hawaii. Captured and sunk by the U.S. Navy in 1946, it was among the largest pre-nuclear subs ever made and one of the first that could transport aircraft.
