Cold Coral Reef

A cold-water coral called eye-coral makes up the first reef ever found near Greenland. Unlike tropical reefs, which need sunlight, cold-water reefs grow deep below the surface. This one is about a half-mile down and harbors many creatures, like sponges and crustaceans.
