Which Vegetables Are Fruits?

You probably knew that a tomato is technically a fruit, not a vegetable. But cucumbers, squash, and even peppers are fruits too. They grow from flowers and contains seeds — so, botanically speaking, they’re fruits. Vegetables consist of other plant parts, like roots, stalks, and leaves.
