Jupiter’s ongoing storm, the Great Red Spot, stays in one place. But Neptune’s “Great Dark Spot” is actually many spots that have formed in different areas since Voyager 2 first showed us one in 1989. They might be storms, but they could also be holes in Neptune’s atmosphere. (Image: Voyager 2)
