Frozen Baby Mammoth

A baby woolly mammoth, frozen for over 40,000 years, was discovered in nearly perfect shape in Siberia in 2007. Nicknamed “Lyuba,” her skin and internal organs were intact, which gave scientists a unique way to study these prehistoric elephants.
