Icing on the Volcano

Researchers studying earthquake activity in West Antarctica made the first discovery of an active volcano under the icy continent, about a half-mile down. An eruption probably wouldn’t be catastrophic, but it could speed up ice melt and cause sea levels to rise slightly.
