Know Your Nosebleed

Epistaxis (eh-puh-stak-sus) is a fancy word for bloody nose. Nosebleeds happen when delicate blood vessels inside your nose break. If you get one, sit or stand up. Then tilt your head forward, pinch your nose gently, and hold it for 10 minutes.
