Parting the Jindo Sea

Two or three times a year between March and June, the Jindo Sea “parts” due to extreme low tides. For about an hour a day over several days, a narrow two-mile land bridge is temporarily revealed between South Korea’s Jindo and Modo islands, and people can walk between them!
