Red Dwarf Planet Sedna

by Kids Discover

The dwarf planet Sedna is one of the most distant bodies in our solar system. Discovered in 2003, it has a striking red color, like Mars. Sedna is thought to be a little smaller than Pluto, and it takes about 10,000 years to go around the sun in a sharply oval-shaped orbit.
