What Makes Pop Rocks Pop?

Carbon dioxide is a common gas that we breathe out but plants breathe in, helping them to grow. Holes form in Swiss cheese when bacteria burp out the gas, and when carbon dioxide is mixed with hot sugar syrup, it puts the pop in Pop Rocks!
