Official Rules

1. Sponsor

The Kids Discover × Trivia for Kids Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is sponsored by Kids Discover, LLC located at 606 Post Rd East, Suite 3, Westport, CT (“Sponsor”). This Giveaway is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram.

2. Eligibility

The Giveaway is open to legal residents of the United States who are 18 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law.

Employees, officers, directors, agents, and representatives of Sponsor, Trivia for Kids, and their respective parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and immediate family members (spouse, parent, child, sibling, and their respective spouses) and household members of each are not eligible to enter or win.

3. Giveaway Period

The Giveaway is ongoing and begins on February 19th, 2025 at 12:00 a.m. ET and is ongoing until terminated by Sponsor (“Giveaway Period”). Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Giveaway at any time without prior notice.

4. How to Enter

To enter the Giveaway, participants must:

1. Visit Kids Discover’s official Instagram account: @kidsdiscover

2. Locate the pinned Giveaway post on the Kids Discover Instagram page

3. Comment on the pinned post and tag @kidsdiscover in the comment

Limit one (1) entry per person per Giveaway Period, regardless of the number of comments submitted. Duplicate or automated entries are void.

No purchase is necessary to enter or win. A purchase will not increase your chances of winning.

5. Prizes

Each selected winner will receive:

One (1) Kids Discover Online subscription

One (1) physical welcome pack, which includes:

Five (5) Kids Discover print titles

One (1) Kids Discover tote bag

One (1) Kids Discover highlighter

Two (2) Kids Discover sticky notes (Post-its)

Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”) of each prize package: $80 USD. Prizes are non-transferable and no substitution is permitted except at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value if the advertised prize becomes unavailable.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

Winners will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period.

Winners will be notified via Instagram direct message from @kidsdiscover. Winners must respond within [e.g., 72 hours] of notification to claim the prize. Failure to respond within the specified time may result in forfeiture, and an alternate winner may be selected.

Sponsor is not responsible for missed notifications due to privacy settings, spam filters, or inactive accounts.

7. Odds of Winning

Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received.

8. Prize Fulfillment

Physical prizes will be shipped to U.S. addresses only. Winners are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Sponsor is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed shipments.

Allow 1 week for prize delivery after confirmation.

9. Taxes

Winners are solely responsible for all applicable federal, state, and local taxes associated with prize receipt and use.

10. Publicity

By entering, winners grant Sponsor permission to use their name, Instagram handle, likeness, and/or prize information for promotional purposes in any media now known or hereafter developed, without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.

11. Release and Limitation of Liability

By participating, entrants agree to release and hold harmless Sponsor, Trivia for Kids, Instagram, and their respective parents, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from any and all liability arising from participation in the Giveaway or acceptance, use, or misuse of any prize.

Sponsor is not responsible for technical failures, human error, unauthorized intervention, or any other issues that may affect the administration, security, or fairness of the Giveaway.

12. General Conditions

Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any individual found to be tampering with the entry process or violating these Official Rules. Sponsor’s decisions are final and binding in all matters related to the Giveaway.

In the event the Giveaway is compromised by fraud, technical failures, or any other factor beyond Sponsor’s reasonable control, Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, suspend, or modify the Giveaway.

14. Instagram Disclaimer

This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Instagram. By entering, you release Instagram from any responsibility related to this Giveaway.

15. Governing Law

The Giveaway and these Official Rules are governed by the laws of the State of Connecticut, without regard to conflict of law principles.
